ELIADES
The Eliades , is a complex of three independent residences located in a very quiet area , approximately 2,5 km from the center of the town , with a magnificent view to the bay of Karystos.
They have all necessary equipment that a family needs to enjoy their vacation, including a fully equipped kitchen , refrigerator, washing machine , outdoor area with table, chairs , loungers with their cushions , sun umbrella, clothesline , sofa , beds with very comfortable mattresses, fans , air conditioning, fireplace , central heating, LCD TV’s , free Wi-Fi , iron , ironing board and parking .
The first residence ( Ismene ) is a two-room apartment, 65 sqm , developed in a horizontal layout.
The second residence ( Iris ) is also a two-room apartment, 65 sqm , and it’s a maisonette with the bedroom on the upper floor. In addition to the ground floor outdoor area , it also utilises the entire outdoor space of the upper floor.
The third residence ( Ippolyte ) is a studio apartment, 45 sqm , located on the ground floor .
